Tax Policy
You agree that you as buyer and we as seller are responsible for determining the amount of sales, use or other taxes that you may owe as a result of your Marketplace purchase. You also agree that as seller we are responsible to collect, to report and to remit any sales, use or other taxes as may be required under applicable law. You agree (a) that Rakuten.com has no responsibility to collect, report or remit sales, use or any other applicable taxes in connection with your purchase, and (b) to fully indemnify, defend and hold Rakuten.com harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, awards, fines, costs, expenses and liability in any way associated with foregoing. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Rakuten.com currently automatically charges sales tax with respect to any marketplace products shipped to California.
Red Rhino Sports ships with FedEx and USPS. Standard Ground is USPS and Expedited is FedEx shipping. We generally ship your order within 2 business days after it was placed.
Red Rhino Sports has a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee for the condition of all regular merchandise offered on the Web site. Customers can return any unused non-customized, and regularly carried merchandise purchased from Red Rhino Sports, for up to 30 days after receipt of the order. All merchandise must be returned to Red Rhino Sports in its original condition. Please package the merchandise securely and in its original packaging, using FedEx shipping, or USPS Insured. Items returned without the original packaging, after 30 days from receipt of order, or special orders of items that are not stocked regularly in our inventory, will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Please keep the tracking number in a secure place. Please provide the following information with the returned merchandise: Order number Item returned and reason for return E-mail address Address and phone number Your preference of a refund to your credit card, refund via a Red Rhino Sports company check, or exchange for another product (such as a different size or color of the same product, or a similar product). In the case of an exchange, please include information about the item requested. If there is a price difference, you will be refunded or charged to make up the difference. If you mistakenly ship it back to Buy.com instead of Red Rhino Sports, we will have to charge an additional $2 fee per item, plus any additional shipping charges incurred. Shipping Cost for Returned Items If the item that you received was not what you had actually ordered, or if you receive a damaged item, we will refund the cost of shipping the item back to us. Otherwise, you must pay for shipping the item back to us. We will, however, ship any exchanged item back to you for free, using the standard shipping method. We recommend that you use a shipping service that provides tracking information, such as UPS ground, when shipping your return or exchange to us.
